Check-in times are as follows:

  • July 3rd, 2025, 4:00 pm to 10:00 pm

  • July 4th, 2025, 8:00 am to 10:00 pm

  • July 5th, 2025, 8:00 am to 10:00 pm ($30 fee applies to check-ins that occur during performances from 4:00 pm to 10:00 pm)

• The Glorious Sons:

  • August 21st, 2025, 4:00 pm to 10:00 pm

  • August 22nd, 2025, 8:00 am to 10:00 pm

  • August 23rd, 2025, 8:00 am to 10:00 pm ($30 fee applies to check-ins that occur during performances from 4:00 pm to 10:00 pm)

Check-ins are by appointment only. Please be sure to select your check-in time before June 23rd, 2025, for Concert 1, and by August 11th, 2025, for Concert 2. A link to do so will be provided in your camp reservations booking receipt. Changes can be made to your check-in through your selection confirmation email by clicking the “Edit Submission” link at the bottom of the page. A $30 penalty will be applied to your reservation if a check-in time is not selected, or you arrive outside it, and delays may occur.

Upon arrival, if your unit does not fit in the selected site, you will be required to make another reservation.

Oversized sites are for oversized units only; not group camping.

Guests are permitted to stay any number of nights between the following dates for each concert:

• Brett Kissel: 

  • July 3rd, 2025, to July 6th, 2025 

• The Glorious Sons: 

  • August 21st, 2025, to August 24th, 2025 

Compliance checks will be conducted randomly, so please have your confirmation readily available.

No refunds are provided if a cancellation occurs. You can transfer your reservation to another guest if you are no longer able to attend by completing a transfer request form.

NOTE: Countryside and Outland campsites are limited to 1 RV, 1 tent, and 1 vehicle, and Wildwood campsites are limited to 1 tent or RV, and 1 vehicle. Overnight parking passes are available at an extra cost, and additional vehicles must park in the designated overnight parking area; not on your site.
