Event Essentials

  • Concert Area Opens at 4:00 PM

  • All Musical Performances Are Family-Friendly (Children 12 & under get in free)

  • This Is a Rain or Shine Event – All ticket sales are final

  • Standing Room Only, but lawn chairs & blankets are welcome

Tickets & Entry

  • Redeem Tickets for Festival Wristbands at Any of Our 3 Box Offices

  • Box Office Hours & Locations:

  • Event Camping: 10 AM – 4 PM

  • Venue Office: 10 AM – 10 PM

  • Concert Area: 10 AM – 10 PM

  • Wristband Pickup Requires Your Presence – One per attendee

  • Camping Reservations are optional and processed separately

Parking & Venue Amenities

  • Complimentary On-Site Parking Is Available

  • Fully Licensed Bar On-Site

  • ATM Available at the Venue – Bring cash for the Artisan Market

  • All check-ins are by appointment only.

  • Choose your time before:

    • June 23 for Brett Kissel weekend

    • August 11th, 2025 for Glorious Sons

  • You’ll receive a link in your reservation receipt to book your time.

  • Need to change it? Click “Edit Submission” in your confirmation email.

If no time is selected or you arrive outside your slot, a $30 penalty will apply and delays may occur.

Campsite Rules

  • Your unit must fit in your reserved site — otherwise, you’ll need to make a new reservation.

  • Oversized sites are for large units only — not for group use.

  • Campground Limits:

    • Countryside & Outland: 1 RV, 1 tent, 1 vehicle

    • Wildwood: 1 tent or RV, 1 vehicle

  • Extra Vehicles? Must park in designated overnight lots (additional pass required).

Compliance and Documentation

  • Random compliance checks will be conducted.

  • Please keep your booking confirmation easily accessible at all times.

Prohibited Items

The following items are not allowed inside the event grounds:

  • Glass containers or other breakables

  • Open or unsealed beverages

  • Outside alcohol or cannabis

  • Fireworks, explosives, or weapons

  • Umbrellas, canopies, or anything obstructing views

  • Frisbees, beach balls, aerial toys, laser pointers

  • Pets (service animals permitted)

  • Drones

  • Professional photography/video equipment

Cancellation Policy

Reservations are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person.
