Arriving outside your scheduled time or failing to select one will result in a $30 fee and possible delays.

Entrance: Please use the northernmost camping entrance for registration.

If your unit does not fit within your registered campsite upon arrival, you will be required to book another site that can accommodate it, subject to availability.
Campsite Setup & Capacity

Countryside & Outland: 1 RV, 1 tent, and 1 vehicle per site

Wildwood: 1 RV or 1 tent, and 1 vehicle per site

Maximum Occupancy: Up to 6 people per campsite.

Overnight Parking: Additional vehicles require an overnight parking pass and must be parked in the designated overnight lot, not on your site.

Oversized Sites: Reserved exclusively for oversized units; group camping is not permitted.

All Sites Are Unserviced: No power, water, or sewage hookups.

Amenities: Fire pits and picnic tables are not provided.

Cooking: Camp stoves, propane fire pits, and barbecues are allowed; open fires are not permitted.
Quiet Hours & Generator Use

Countryside & Wildwood: 12:00 AM – 7:00 AM

Outland: 1:00 AM – 7:00 AM

Generators: May only be used outside of quiet hours.
Access & Security

Gate Hours: 7:00 AM – Midnight daily
+ After midnight, campsites are accessible by foot only.
+ If you need to leave the campground between midnight and 7:00 AM, please park your vehicle in day parking just outside the campground gates before gates close for the night.

Emergency Access: A fully illuminated key box is located at the main gates.

Speed Limit: 10 km/h throughout the park and camping areas. Pedestrians always have the right of way.

Compliance Checks: May occur at random. Please keep your reservation confirmation accessible at all times.
Pet Policy

Pets are welcome under the following conditions:

Must be under control at all times and properly registered (fees apply).
-
Not permitted in the concert area, except for service animals.
-
Waste must be collected and disposed of immediately using the provided bins.
-
Pets may only be left unattended inside air-conditioned RVs with adequate food and water.
-
Animals appearing to be in distress will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
General Park Policies

Fireworks, ATVs, quads, mini-bikes, and similar vehicles are not permitted.

Campfires are prohibited.

Campers must keep their sites clean. Garbage and recycling bins are located throughout the property, including at all five shuttle stations.

Concert admission is sold separately from camping.
Payment, Cancellations & Damage Policy

Payment: Due upon receipt of invoice.

Cancellations: Non-refundable.
+ Reservations may be transferred to another guest by submitting a Transfer Request Form by August 17th, 2026. Transfers will not be accepted after August 17th, 2026.

Damage & Cleanup Fees: The reservation holder’s credit card may be charged for damages or excessive cleanup, including:
+ Damage to trees, posts, or signage
+ Garbage or debris left behind
+ Damage caused by barbecues or propane fire pits

Concert Tickets/concert wristbands
We offer Friday Concert Tickets, Saturday Concert Tickets, and Full Weekend Concert tickets. If you purchased any of these tickets, bring your tickets to any of our 3 box offices to receive your concert wristbands. You will either receive Friday Concert Wristbands, Saturday Concert Wristbands, or Weekend Concert Wristbands depending on what tickets you purchased. Wristbands are required for concert bowl entry and must be picked up in person by each attendee.
**Wristbands are only available at the box offices on the day of show. For example, you can't redeem your tickets for a Saturday wristband on Friday.**
camping reservations/Recreation wristbands
Camping is booked separately from concert tickets. Each campsite booking receives a camping package upon arrival/check in with a vehicle hang tag, garbage/recycling bags, and recreation wristbands for access to recreation activities throughout the weekend. You will receive wristbands for each member of your camping party.
Recreation Wristband Sales:
For those who purchase concert tickets without booking a campsite and want to participate in the recreational activities, we’ll be offering recreation wristband sales directly from the bar located in the Meadows (recreation area) during activity hours.
